Your vehicle's engine relies on the Direct Ignition Coils to start. Spark plugs require thousands of volts to create the right spark, which is far higher than the 12 volts your vehicle's battery can produce. You could have a bad Direct Ignition Coil if your engine stalls, your car backfires, your car won't start, or your check engine light is on.
